My clients are very important to me, and I learn so much about them and their families when we meet up. It’s the hidden benefit of being a tax preparer…you meet some really wonderful people. So what’s the big secret to making clients come back and see me every spring?
Here it is: CARE about them.
I make sure each person knows that I care about their needs and it’s my job to help them with their taxes, but along the way I appreciate them as people. It makes my job more fun and reduces anxiety over tax appointments for my clients… we get some great convos going!!
